Absolutely, both tasks can be accomplished via the web GUI of the Poly VVX D230 DECT Base. Here, you can program SIP accounts and pair handsets, specifying which ones connect to each SIP registration. Every handset can make or receive calls, but only one can do so at a time as there is only one extension.
