Is it possible to buy a replacement charging base for a Grandstream WP810? Grandstream WP810 Cordless WiFi Phone
We have over a dozen Grandstream WP810s, but one of them fails to charge in its base but charges properly with the adapter cable plugged into the bottom of the phone. We've tried a different phone in the charging base and it too either charges slowly or not at all. The phone's power icon when in the charging base shows it is charging, but charge doesn't accumulate. There is no visible physical damage to the charging base and no evidence of coming into contact with fluids etc., so no obvious reason.
Is it possible to purchase a replacement charging base separately from a phone? Nowhere I've looked so far indicates that charging bases are available separately from the phones.
