Hello! Grandstream doesn't offer paid support, however, if they purchase through an authorized partner like VoIP Supply, they would be eligible for our tier 1 support and also have access to Grandstream support. All of it's ticket based.

If they purchased through a 3rd party site such as Amazon or ebay, it voids the warranty and support.

There's a 1 year extended warranty for these devices if they are interested.
