To factory reset a Polycom VVX 250, power off the phone, then press and hold the "1," "3," and "5" keys simultaneously while powering it back on. Continue holding the keys until the phone displays a message indicating that it is performing a factory reset. Note that this process will erase all custom settings and configurations.
