To view the call history on a Grandstream phone, press the "MENU" button or the "OK" button to access the main menu, then navigate to "Call History" using the arrow keys. Once there, you can select between "All Calls," "Missed Calls," "Dialed Calls," or "Received Calls" to view the respective call logs.
