To reset your Polycom VVX 150 to factory settings, press the "Home" button, then navigate to "Settings" > "Advanced" (default password is "456") > "Administration Settings" > "Reset to Factory." Confirm the reset when prompted. Note that this will erase all custom configurations on the device.
