No, the VTech SN5147 Amplified Corded/Cordless Senior Phone is designed for use with traditional analog landlines and does not natively support VoIP. However, it can work with VoIP services if connected to an analog telephone adapter (ATA) that converts VoIP signals into an analog connection. We have adapters available here.
