Hello and thank you for your question! Sangoma's EPM is their way to auto-provision their Sangoma phones. This would include their phones (for free) and certified endpoint 3rd party devices. There are support configuration templates for the other manufacturers.
EPM for UCP is the Endpoint Manager module for the User Control Panel. The end user would sign into their UCP account and will be able to utilize EPM from UCP and customize their own device.
