Your solution would be a VoIP phone system with VoIP SIP devices to accomplish what you're looking to do. There are SIP WiFi speakers that can work, however DECT and WiFi are completely separate and for the Panasonic to work with the speakers. If you are looking to operate 12 handsets you would need a Multicell solution. It would be either a DECT solution or WiFi solution are your options.
