The Yealink WH64 headset is a HYBRID which has both DECT and Bluetooth technology. This headset will work with the Yealink SIP-T43U however being the Yealink T43U does NOT have integrated Bluetooth you can configure this way to answer remotely through EHS.
USB Connection: Use a USB cable to connect the WH64 base directly to the USB port on your T43U phone for plug-and-play operation.
Wireless EHS Integration: For remote call control (answering/ending calls away from the desk), you can use the Yealink EHS40 Wireless Headset Adapter
