No, this would not work as the XMT9A is for traditional corded telephones.
Does this amplifier work on an Internet Protocol service using cordless handsets? In-Line Telephone Amplifier XMT9A VoIP Supply
94 year old aunt has IP phone service now and can barely hear. She uses Panasonic cordless phones - set of 3 or 4 with one as master. She gets quite frustrated when she can't hear on them but increasing their volume just doesn't give her enough volume like she used to get when she had regular phone service but that is not available in her area anymore.
