Yes, you can SIP register 3rd party handsets to the Grandstream base stations that are "GAP" (General Access Profile) compliant devices, the only issue may be it won't have full functionality and features. It would work for inbound and outbound calling. It is however recommended to use Grandstream devices with Grandstream devices.
