If you are pressing the CELL button and the call drops or fails to connect, the Bluetooth handshake between the base and your handsets has likely has a glitch in this process. A full system reset will force them to sync properly:Unplug the power adapter from the back of the main VTech telephone base.Remove the battery packs from all cordless handsets.Leave everything completely disconnected for 5 minutes.Plug the base power back in.Reinsert the batteries into the handsets and place them back on the charging cradles.Wait about 60 seconds for the handsets to display the time and reconnect to the base. Your blue Bluetooth lights should automatically re-light.
