You cannot directly clone to another Poly / HP VVX device. Check what UC software version is running on the other phones. Download the firmware and host the firmware files on a local TFTP/HTTP server, set the Provisioning server URL to your local TFTP server address and the phone will pull down and install the image of the network. /
