To transfer a call on a Sangoma phone, press the "Transfer" button during the call. Then, either dial the extension or number you wish to transfer the call to and press "Transfer" again to complete the transfer. If your model supports it, you can also consult the recipient before completing the transfer by waiting for them to answer before pressing "Transfer" again.
