To register your Fanvil phone, access the phone's web interface by entering its IP address in a web browser. Log in with the default credentials (often "admin" for both username and password), then navigate to the "Line" or "Account" settings to input your SIP server details, username, and password provided by your VoIP service provider. Save the changes, and the phone should register with the SIP server.
